The Grand Mercure Roxy Hotel is on the east coast of Singapore, on Marine Pde Rd just across the street from Parkway Pde Shopping Centre. East Coast Park with its beach, eateries and recreational facilities is a short walk away.

A little gem of a hotel just outside of the city area. Fully accessible by taxi to all shopping, it also provide wonderful little side street to explore in this famous and historical suburb of Singapore.

Please note that the hotel provides complimentary airport shuttle transfer from 0700 hours to 0200 hours daily in 30 minutes intervals, this service is subjected to seat availability.

The exterior of the hotel is brick red with dark tinted glass and can be described as modern. It is facing the road and with a short drive by. It is flanked on one side by a small mall.

Lobby

Done in the ultra modern minimalist style, the functional lobby leads one immediately up to the upper floors for restaurants.

There is not much seating but the lobby is definitely large and airy.

The Superior rooms are 32 square meters, located on the 5th - 9th floor. Rooms have high ceiling which gives a specious airy feel. The rooms are very modern in design, with a use of earthy tones and a large wooden headboard.

The Royal Club Room Access to the Royal Club lounge including breakfast, evening cocktails, complimentary 2 hour use of meeting room, in-room safe. cable Tv, complimentary airport shuttle service.

Being a relatively new hotel, all furnishing and amenities are new and of a high standard. Rooms are equip with coffee/tea making facility. The bathrooms come with combined bathtub and shower.

Location

Located about a 10 minute drive to the city, the Century Roxy Park is in a famous suburb of Katong. Katong is famous for it's local Peranakan cuisine that developed from the intermingling of the Chinese and Malay cultures. The hotel faces the large Parkway Parade shopping centre. It boasts walking accessibility to quaint shop houses in the Katong and Joo Chiat area as well as the East Coast Park.

Hotel provides a complimentary airport - hotel shuttle bus that operates between 7am - 2am daily. Travelling distance takes 15 mins. Alternatively, Taxis are available and costs approx. S$15.
