The hotel is 80 percent owned by Pontiac Marina Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based property investment and development company. The remaining 20% percent stake is owned by Singapore's national carrier, Singapore Airlines.

Large, bright and sunny, the distinctive large round window is an element of feng shui for which concepts this building was planned around. The Deluxe rooms are at 535 square metres, has modern decor and are bright and airy with expensive furnishing. The spacious marble bathrooms are positioned on the outside wall, providing panoramic views from large octagonal windows.
Typical guestrooms are spacious - more than 25% larger than those in conventional five-star hotels. Every room offers panoramic views of the surroundings through large windows in the guestroom and bathroom. Full size living/work reas effectively turn each deluxe guestroom into a junior suite.
